If you believe we fell short

If you believe NorthPoint Medical Associates failed to provide these services or discriminated in any way, you may file a grievance with our office in person, by mail, by phone at (917) 801-0954, or by email at info@northpointnyc.com. Our address is 1301 Southern Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Bronx, NY 10459. Our staff can help you file a grievance if you need assistance.
